Add one more faux pas to the list following Luca Badoer's much maligned return to formula one at Valencia a week ago.

His poor pace, multiple speeding fines and a reprimand, being overtaken in the pits and crossing the pit exit white line aside, it has emerged that the Italian crashed into the rear of Adrian Sutil's stationary car in parc ferme as he parked up after the European grand prix.

It is believed the impact damaged the diffuser of the Force India.

"Is that important?" Badoer, 38, responded incredulously when asked about the incident by reporters in Belgium.
