I don't really know drag racing times, i know 0-60 in 1.2 seconds is crazy fast compared to any road cars, but is that just a normal time for dragsters?

that looks like a 4" or 5" downpine and exhaust from the side. wow still cant get over the fact that they got nearly 2000hp from this thing. is it the stock bore or has the bore been increased or the motor stroked out?

Quite an achievement for a Nissan, but I believe there's a lot more left for quicker times..for the record, a purpose built 2.0L 4 cylinder mitsubishi eclipse drag car ran 6.8secs@199mph. Type this in youtube "Brent Rau 86psi 4G63" to get an idea.

This Japanese engine sure has a lot of American parts in it...crankshaft, rods, pistons, intake manifold. Even the turbos are American. With all the power that those gigantic turbos are putting out, lets hope that they heavily reinforced the [Nissan] block with water jacket filler, otherwise the fans in the stands might get an unexpected glimpse of the engine internals as well.

You know... Japanese can build crankshafts, rods, pistons, intake manifold, and of course turbos :)
