Design is nice, but it is just not more than a mockup. Look at the car's quality: look at the upper windscreen seal. Looks very cheap and not like a real car...

Production hasn't started yet. Preproduction prototypes are never finished and their quality isn't indicative of the production run cars.
I wish these guys luck.

Looks great and its from my home state! However, I can't help but think that they copied the front end of a Maserati Granturismo. 300 miles on a charge is pretty damn good relative to the other electric cars slated to enter the market soon. Let's hope it lives up to the claim.

This is no heavier than any other sedan of comparable size and performance. A BMW 550i or Mercedes CLS or any other number of "sport" sedans weigh as much if not more. Check out the weights of these sedans.

My Saab 9-5 was 4100lbs, it's not meant to be a sports car, if you want that get the Tesla roadster.

It's a beautiful car. Very elegant sporty design it doesn't scream look at me like the Fisker. I'd buy one, if the closest dealer and service center to me wasn't 400+ miles away.

Looks like the Volt died before it was even born, just like the Camaro. I wonder how a small company like Tesla can pump out a better product in 1 year and yet GM took 7 years for the Camaro and a good 3 years so far for the Volt. FAIL!

I'm thinking that I prefer this to the Fisker Karma. Somewhat more modern-minimalist and less of a curvaceous-classic design. I guess it all boils down to personal preference.

The Tesla S is like the Jaguar XK to the Aston Martin's Vantage. The Fisker Karma is the original, and the Tesla S is just the pretend copy.

It looks like an Aston Martin Rapide, Porsche Panamera, Jag XK... wait who cares. This car is effing sexy... and it's electric. I think more than a few of us are rooting for this car to be on the market very soon. This will put Silicon Valley on the map.. again.
