I like Wiesmanns, I can't really understand though why this car, as it is much lighter than a m5, doesn't go faster, but 20 km/h slower. Is the body that bad designed?

Besides aerodynamics, gear ratio also affects top speed. The MF5 should have a shorter ratio than the M5. While it has a lower top speed than the M5, the lighter MF5 with its lower gears has to be able to accelerate quicker than the M5, say, from 30 km/h to 60km/h. For hill climbing, shorter gear ratio is also better.

how do you know how fast an M5 is ? they are limited to 250 km/h. maybe the MF5 is limited too, which would make sense because cabrios are usually limited.
