Porsche was the featured marque at the Rolex Monterey Historics at Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway this weekend. As part of the event the head of the Porsche Rolling Museum, Klaus Bischof, brought many of the legendary Porsche race cars from Germany.

In this third video from an exclusive Porsche promo series (episode 1 and episode 2), Klaus goes on camera to discuss the importance of having these cars running on the track years after being put into retirement. He puts that statement to the test by driving the 1962 Porsche Type 804 Formula One race car around the track for some exhibition laps. Other noteworthy cars include the 911 GT1 Le Mans winner from 1998, Hurley Haywood driving his 1973 917-10 Brumos Porsche, 1960 Porsche 718 RS 60 Spyder and 1970 Gulf 917 owned by actor/comedian Jerry Seinfeld amongst many others.
