Porsche Panamera Promotional Footage for North American Debut

Panamera marks its U.S. debut in Monterey, California

The Porsche Panamera has landed on U.S. soil.  On Wednesday at approximately 4:00 a.m. local time, a fleet of Panameras made their way into the Monterey peninsula and were prepped until sunrise.  Following its North American debut at the Monterey's Classic Car Week in Monterey, California the Panamera will go onto a more prominent intro close by at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on Sunday August 16.

In a series of exclusive videos this first episode showcases the fleet being delivered and is followed by a first drive of the Panamera 4S on the Pacific Coast Highway ending at the specially built "Porsche Zentrum" facility located prominently on the grounds of the Quail Lodge in Carmel.

U.S. Pricing for the V8 Panamera S will begin at $89,800. The all-wheel drive 4S version starts at $93,800, while the turbo comes with a considerable price boost up to $132,600. A hybrid and V6 version are also in the works.

When purchasing your Panamera be sure to heed the advice of the smartly-dressed fat girl: Dark colors have a visually slimming effect, get it in black.

you can call me perverted, but id also like it in silver or white. a big bum is a good thing. it may not always look good, but its fun to fool around with (concerning women and cars, not meaning it sexist) besides its ought to be the most agile luxury limo to drive.

The more i look at this car, the more i like it. I've seen a picture of one with a RUF wheel on and it looked amazing. I would like to see it with a spoiler to give it a more sportier look. Other then that, this car is beautiful.

It's not a pretty car - it would never win any elegance contest, I know that, but we have other cars to do that (quattroporte, Estoque). On the other hand this car is technically brilliant and amazing, I would like to own one.

If ears could orgasm... wow that sounds good! Porsche's customization options really stand up to some of its more expensive rivals. That coupe looks great EDavis. Pity Porsche didn't release it like that. As you say, get it in black if you're going to splash out on a Panamera...
