it's just another boring resort-like look-at-me-i-have-a-yacht marketing tourism on a man made harbor on a flat land that so happen to have a race track. ohh did i just heard the sound of a formula one car or a camel just farted?

I think they should have developed the area first and let the F1 presence follow suit. This screams of pre GFC plans cut back to the bare minimum to save political face. I think it will be as disappointing as Turkey.
