oh please make it a t5. If the S5 will be close to this speculated pic it will be great for audi...

Sounds like a potent combination, and good looks.

I wish that it would look like that, but I am not sure it will. And it does concern me that this is a marketing exercise, rather than being inspired by a need to race, as the S1 Rallye was. Where the marketing department drives it rather than the motorsport department, it inevitably ends up as bluster rather than a potent tool to get a job done.

A 4wd lightwieght 400bhp rally-bred coupe would instantly be on my favorites list. Too bad it isn't coming anytime soon.

this is the way. it is time that car companies realize that weight reduction should come first for performance cars in the future. they should build a lightweight R8 as well(like the Gallardo superleggera). power doesn?t make up for weight when it comes to handling. FACT!

Finally it does not look like a Volkswagen, too bad they had to feed the car crack.

absolutely, look at lotus and their weight saving approach, they make very competitive cars with only 190 hp, its not about power, its all about power to weight ratio.

Using the S5 coupe as the model to do this special "anniversario" thing is cool But I thought it would have been better if they would have used the sportback version instead. No? But then again, 2 doors is lighter than 4.

Man, this is awefull, like some 21 yr old geek has added some 'nice' exterior parts, he thinks look good on the car. There are Golfs, Corsas and Civics driving around with these kind of bonnets. What is next, 2x2 exhausts that are hanging lose under the back of the car? Or chicken fence in the grills?

Love it! Especially if it comes with the 350hp+ I5 (lighter and "historical"). Could be a good idea to put a dual-stage sequential pair of turbos for 400hp+, like the BorgWarner R2S. And the illustration is weird but funny and interesting as a birthday edition
