Voluntary cost reduction! what a joke. Only reason Ferrari / Mclaren can make late comeback this season is due to $$$. Hows that for innovation, oh our design sucks let go back to the drawing board. BMW is gone, Honda / Renault come and go as they please. Go Red Bull, Williams and Brawn and Bring back Sauber and Jordan and let the car makers bar Ferrari go back to making cars. In saying that I recognise Mosley is the problem not the FIA.

Totally stupid combined with testing ban: it probably costs more to manufacturers to design parts and produce them in small quantities without even testing them before racing to ditch them afterwards, than testing and validating them.
