Rumour in Hungary: Concorde Agreement signed
As darkness fell on Hungarian grand prix race day, the big rumour was that the Concorde Agreement has finally been signed by all 13 formula one teams.
According to the speculation, the ink was laid late on Saturday night.
It is also being whispered that CVC and the FIA managed to convince the manufacturer-dominated FOTA group as well as the independent teams to sign not until the often-mentioned 2012, but all the way through 2016.
