I think the article is wrong. Not road legal. Only a handful of owners are hand selected by the factory to have the chance of owning one. Ferrari forbid resale. Owners sign an agreement and have to return it to the factory. And Ferrari keeps the car. You go to their track, all expenses paid, anytime you want. There are lucky people out there, as they're all already taken. Can you imagine the sound revving from a 700hp Ferrari V12 at 9000rpm?

The little horse can now hear u, but I don't think it will be road legal especially with the tow ring, low ground clearance, ears etc. I think it will be a track car or unless they could use it in the FIA GT cars.
