can they make a low tech version and sell it cheap so more people can afford? plus if u make such a light chassis why would you put a LS engine and jag trany in it which are made out or anything but light or hi tech material. in my opinion a BMW e46 M3 S54 engine and a getrag tranny would be much better. but a nice four cylinder engine like the 2.0 liter in the new Minta (mx5) would be better for lightness and balance.

You want a replica DBR2 with a Mazda engine? Wash your mouth out!

i dont know where to start. i almost wrote a reply explaining why this a suitable engine for this application but since u clearly dont know anything about cars its just a waste of time. A version of this engine(MZR-R) replaced R20B rotary Mazda factory team engine in the Le Mans Series.

It would be nice to have an electric powered for the car, assuming it is a lightweight vehicle.

beutiful. I fell in love with the E-type Jag for its curve and this has just made it my new love. I love aston and when you think about it they have never lost the curves at all. I cant stop looking at it. finnaly the engine, well lets not go there.

There is a more authentic version of the DBR produced in the UK by AS Motorsport ltd. Much more reasonably priced too. In fact it look as though RA have ripped off one of ASM's bodyshells as one can clearly be seen on their website being scanned.
