a GTS above the Turbo? The Cayenne GTS is below the Cayenne Turbo and only has a NA-engine. why should Porsche do it different on the Panamera?

...and the standard V8 of the Panamera is the 400hp naturally-aspirated V8 of the Cayenne GTS. Higher than the Panamera Turbo? Shouldn't that be a "Turbo S" model?

Yeah, this doesn't make sense. I think it will be with the NA V8, and then later on a Turbo S might come with more power. The A8's diesel sounds like a better choice too.

I'd have to agree, this wouldn't make sense at all following tradition, the Turbo S is always above the Turbo. I figured they would build a GTS but thought it would be in line with the Cayenne GTS. Who's to say, as much as I love Porsche, I have to question their ideas at times. Only problem is, every time I question them, they prove me wrong... So far anyways. I just hope they bring a manual trans over to N.A. so it will at least be an option for some! PDK only?

It would be nice if they took some lessons from BMW when it comes to wheels though, I have to say, Porsche wheels SUCK! Not all but some are hideous, especially on the Panamera apart from the RS Spyder wheels.

the car realy looks great from the front, but i have my doubts about the back.. now if only porsche can impliment that 9ff panamera spoiler on the back, it will look awesome.. http://www.worldcarfans.com/108120415355/more-9ff-porsche-panamera-sketches-surface

Agreed, although strictly speaking that is a Top Car spoiler - 9ff did the chassis work, not the aero kit.

Porsche Panamera Diesel ? Ok, but why they not put the mighty 6.0 V12 500 HP engine from Audi Q7 in this 4-door coupe ? I think that this motor, even it's a heavy machine, will fit ok in the Porsche reputation.

On the main picture, the Panamera looks just great!

Yeah and on every other pic, it sucks... Come on guys, it's an ugly car compared to Aston Martin Rapide.

Every time I see a Rapide picture, I'm a little more bored. Yeah, yeah it's pretty but that's not enough. Every time I see a Panamera picture, I'm a little more looking forward to DRIVE it!

The back is so damn ugly. They could've done anything, they even have access to VW tech, and they came up with this unimaginative shape. At the front it looks ok, nothing out of the ordinary. I would have to see it in real life to make a true judgement. The interior is decent though.

the car has a big butt but the rest is really beautiful, esp. the interior and it is a unique car in contrast to a Rapide which is just a 4 door DB9 with no real identity. And if u think of the features and the performance the panamera has, which is simply better than any other 4-door car, it would be simply ignorant to just judge it by the rear end. Also, pictures are cool and all, but they still don`t do this car justice. it looks mighty and impressive in reality. even the back of the car doesn`t hurt in person.

Diesel?. why not, Audi has proven that it's power and torque is more than enough to win the 24hrs Lemans series against their gasoline fuelled competitors.
