maybe their just using this as part of the testing process of the SLS, instead of paying teat drivers who would conduct the same exact tests they always do, they will put the car through normal drivers, who make mistakes and can put the car through many different situations, plus will pay Mercedes to do it, and everyone is happy. Sounds like a pretty good idea to me :)

I am telling you NOW- this thing is gonna look like a hark back to the SL300, as far as overall look- hence the viper front they were using- it will be BEAUTIFUL!

So I guess they still consider the US to be a very important market if their going to let them get their hands on the SLS first then... I would've thought the Middle East would be the prime target at this moment...

i am so much looking forward to see this car ready, a real grand turismo, the SL back, the shape looks great just like the 1954 without beeing retro (i hate retro design). way to go. By the way janobr, totaly agree, real life drivers, real life ''noobs'' puting the car into real life testing, great idea
