The MX5 has impressive sales cause its a superbly built and marketed economy car with little direct competition. That logic being applied, its easy to see why the Vette still outsells all AMG's 911's and M series BMW's (because for the dollar it really doesn't have anything in its class).

I think the base vette is too bland looking but the GT is a big improvement.

oops I meant GS not GT. By the way does Obama know about this? I'm sure he would be disappointed that people actually buy an existing GM product which is not an econobox.

Dang... all my cars are either used or came from my dad and grandfather, but maybe this Grand Sport can be my first new car, but it won't replace my baby Z06!
