Abu Dhabi finale may be night race
The Abu Dhabi grand prix could be staged at night, because the new Yas Marina circuit will be equipped with floodlighting, boss Philippe Gurdjian revealed at Monaco on Saturday.
This year's November season finale in the United Arab Emirates capital is scheduled to take place in daylight.
But when asked about emulating the success of Singapore's night race, Gurdjian said: "We have the possibility to do it.
"(Artificial) light will be in place," he added.
