Some images look fine but some of the abstracts are like my child's art work.

The car itself can't be art, but a remastered image of a car conveying something can be. The rest is a matter of taste and personally, I don't think cars and Miesian Barcelona Ottomans go well together, unless you're aiming for that bachelor pad kind of look...

Nah, I think it is based on what the Artist wants the finished drawing to look like. I don't think modern cars can be art. They are too complex and hi-tech already. Classic cars can be due to their simplicity, and you can create new designs to go with it. Those are just my 2 cents though.

Art is expressive and art affects individuals in different ways, what i might like the next guy might hate. Cars can be art there's lines curve etc. Designing cars still requires a amount of concept design which involves drawing the images so that could be art too. Ive spent over 100hrs doing a painting but a guy down the road can still poo on a canvas and call that's art!

Music is an art. Design is an art. What makes a car? Design. Ergo, it can be art.

Art has no function other than itself. By that definition a car can't be art, but I agree, the debate about what is art and what isn't might be beyond our 2cents worth. I know that there are criteria by which art is classified as good or bad and they have nothing to do with personal taste. "We can forgive a man for making a useful thing as long as he does not admire it. The only excuse for making a useless thing is that one admires it intensely. All art is quite useless" - Oscar Wilde
