Is it really necessary to introduce two similar models into the market?

I keep losing respect for Mercedes in terms of their innovative skills, and still making the car look GOOD. This is definitely lacking in the "nice" department. I would take a 2004 S65 ANY day over this. Just not a Mercedes IMO

Oh great, LED lights were and Audi thing, now Mercedes-Benz are doing it too? Well, they look better in real life, but pictures just make it seem unrealistic and put me off.

i guess audi was the ones that created anti lock brakes, crumple zones, airbags, and 3 point seat belts too.

I think LED's we're a RR Phantom thing originally, which would make them a BMW thing. They don't look THAT bad on this, at least...

The S-Class facelift was an opportunity for AMG to further fettle the S65's engine, outstanding achievement though it is. 630-640bhp would have been appreciated. You cant help but feel that its engine is simply "soldiering on" in "612bhp" guise. For the price, the S63's 525 bhp is now too close for comfort. The cars are still a "blast!". isaacu
