This article makes it sound like changing the car to run on natural gas was easy. I don't know if it is or not, but why don't more automakers use it? Is natural gas really expensive?

u generally get less power from CNG powered vehicles and CNG is only cheaper because of the tax relief. CNG also gets less mpg as compared to diesel which is as cheap in some countries.

VW is on the ball, they show us every day that they are here for the long run. If you look back at their accomplishments in the last 10 years and what they have given the industry they are unsurpassed. Veyron, Murcielago, Gallardo,R8, TDI R10. It's clear to see that they are on the right path, GM and Ford should use them as an example. And now with the awesome financial backing of Porsche VW Group is unstoppable.
