MTM Individual Program Announced - Starting with Mean Green Audi R8

Ugly colour... I am a little bit confused by what they mean with "compression system" Is that a supercharger or turbo?? Or did they change the pistons for some even more high compression ones, if i remember correctly the 4.2L V8 in there already has over 11:1 comp. ratio, higher than that and you run into probs. If i had to guess they reduced the compression to 9:1 and installed a supercharger.

I like that green, probably the fewest "green" cars I like.

I love the green. Its different, i get bored of seeing cliche red/blue/silver cars.

Looks great in that green, but I wouldn't be brave enough to buy this color though. White is my choice. Yes radmeister, it is supercharged.

Love the color, but only on the 911!!! On the 911 it looks very good, but not on this R8, sorry not for me...

Meh. I'm sorry but this color just don't suit my current fav vehicle.

personally they should've done the Red that appeared on the V10 TDI R8 :) that would've been AWWEEEEESOME

My ideal colour combination for the R8 would be white with red blades, black rims with the red line on the lip.

i would choose, matte black with silver side panels

aside the colour, i want to point something else out. the tuning on the engine. mtm tuned the 4.2 to 560 hp, (which is great) and the 5.2, the same (which is not so great). what is their strategy? to a human being that has a brain, and uses it, he'd say: why should i buy the 5.2? it has the same amount of power, only it is larger. costs go up with a larger engine. which is exactly what id do if i buy an r8 directly from audi. (suppose im rich and crap). get the 4.2, and then go make it as powerful as the 5.2. i dont know why audi put the 2 turbos on the rs6 and gave it 572 bhp, and not do the same....AT LEAST...to the 5.2 r8. (id go for 650 on the 5.2 r8 with the 2 turbos)

any body else who comments beloow me, im making a survey what would be the best colour for this car: red,orange,yellow,green,blue,purple,white,black,pink,gold,or if you find another colour...I think itll look pretty nice in a dark orange with blackrims with orange line. still matte black side panel.

@ nother because if they did that, they would'nt sell the Lambo LP560-4(Lamborghini is from Audi), cause the Audi would be cheaper and faster!!
