2010 Subaru Outback Surprises New York Crowds

The belle of the ball (the belle being this 2010 subaru outback and the ball being the 2009 nyas).

Alot better looking than it's boxier predicessor.

the concept of Outback is really nice. i think it's make more sense to those big-ass SUV. same to Audi Allroad series. those big-ass SUV with high & command sitting position is for those people with big ego...senseless, meaningless, not environmental friendly.

Looks like a Tribeca with a Forester interior. Dont really know what I think, the design will probably grow on me.

While I completely agree that wagons make more sense for most people than SUV's, why must people who LIKE wagons suffer the styling excesses of the Outback? As a three-time owner and current driver of Legacy wagons, let me say I absolutely hate the styling of the new Outback. Hate the grill, hate the cladding, hate the jacked-up suspension, hate the rear D-pillar treatment, hate the cheap looking roof rack. And that swash of orange plastic trimming the dash ? it sure as hell doesn't resemble anything found in nature. You've had me for 17 years, but its time to say sayonara Subaru; I won't be gracing your showrooms any time soon.

love the interior!!! it does look amazing frm the inside but the the exterior could use a lot of work

This is an epic fail by subaru, they are going to lose a market for people who want a practical and fun car to drive with the bulkiness. Same how they ruined the forrester.

Dear Outback, After bringing joy and love into my life for 30 plus years, I'm leaving you! You've let yourself go and now look like every other suburban jelly bean SUV in the 2010 line-up. You just don't care about me. Maybe you can find other lovers but you'll never find another me.

nice car. worst roof rack ever. pathetic bar spread. not suitable for boats more than 12 feet long.
