The only thing I love about this car are the Nissan Silvia headlights.

bring this minivan to north america and name it the sienna and you, toyota shall rule the north american minivan segment. or am i way off base?

You are off base, this is a mini, minivan.......its not a big van, per north american standard. its main competitor is the Honda Stream. Both will not make it to N.A. cuz its too small, but jsut small enough that it will create a segment confusing b/w Wish/Sienna. 2nd, its suppose to be economical yet practical, but its not going to fit any 2.4L Toyota engine in it cuz that will bring the cost near the big brother. The 1.8L will not work in N.A. market. Is my analysis off base?

For a long time Toyota has given up anything about style despite the Lexus brand. What is the last model that you think it has a sense of attractive style? Or, which Toyota sold because of its look over its build quality/ brand loyalty?
If you take Wish as an example, what I could see is a shrank Estima/Previa with headlights inspired by Stream and taillights copied from Lexus. What style that you can think of? What's more disappointing is that when I also compared the look and the size of the first generation Wish, I found that Wish had been always the Stream follower. But Toyota would sell anyway, despite its lack of styling. It's just a different case from what others called brand loyalty. Someone may think BMW has been enjoying a big sale on its X6 or maybe, the coming 5 series GT, brand loyalty is part of the reason yet no one will think that BMW is as boring as Toyota in any aspects. That's what's the story going on.

I wish that toyta would stop, edit and say OMG our cars are boring and ugly lets make new ones.

I think it looks rather nice for a minivan. Of course, I wouldn't expect to much in the styling department when it comes to designing this type of vehicle. I mean it's not exactly something you'd want to show off in, right?

I WISH Toyota paid as much attention to their sports cars as they do to their MPVs and minivans...

I just think the future of the minivan segment in north america, is a smaller more compact compact vehicle...please see mazda 5. The days of the big clumsy minivan are gone. Perhaps my thoughts are too forward thinking? Don't shoot the messenger.
