maybe joe's onto something - we could have foreign investors come together and feed the hungry - and recoup their costs by sticking advertising on them 'fed by fed-ex'... seriously mag-lev is a good idea. the reason people dont do public transport is it's slow. (which is why air travel is popular). trains that can go 200mph - bring it on.

Why waste this money on Detroit? The city is dying. This needs to be tried somewhere that is growing.
