Not to be a hater of this technology because it is the best thing to come out so far but think of all the green house gases that will go into the air in the creation of this vehicle and all the materials that are involved in making this vehicle a reality

ah yes, but the greenhouse gases created in the research and production of this car is only a one-off. the ammount of co2 it will save in its lifetime will make up for it compared to that of a petrol or diesel car. Not just for the lifetime of this beemer, but all the other beemers to come with hydrogen engines.
