There's a bit of a noise regarding the listing of 7 Lamborghini Reventons on the JamesList online luxury goods catalogue. The online community is baffled as to why 35% of Reventons are now being listed as being on sale so soon after the super car went to market. Only 20 units of the dramatic Italian bull were produced, making it a prime prospect for investment purchasing. Off-the-factory pricing was a cool €1 million.
The cars that are being shafted by owners come from all over the world. One is from Dubai, two are from the US and four come from Germany. They range from €1,250,000 (about US$1.59 million) to €1,580,000, (US$2 million) depending on factors like mileage. So you bought it for one million bucks and are now selling it for one and a half times that. That's a nice tidy profit for 18 months of waiting.
A 6.5-litre 12-cylinder powerplant drives all of the Reventon's wheels with its 650hp (478kW) and 660Nm of torque. Lamborghini says it will rush from 0 - 100km/h in 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of over 340km/h.
