The very knowledgeable guys over at Jalopnik came across an ad listing the Pagani Zonda F Cinque at the eye-watering price of €1.6 million (about US$2 million). This is the first indicative pricing we've spotted of the Zonda F Cinque. The car is being sold by ES Elite Style GmbH of Germany and is no doubt being priced at a speculative premium for those who simply cannot bear to sit on a waiting list. The listing was only done four days ago but presumably there haven't been any takers thus far. Details such as the colour of the exterior and interior are not listed.

Depending on who is talking it can be argued that the Zonda F Cinque is worth every penny of that price. After all, the lucky buyer would be able to receive 678 horses (499kW) and 780Nm jammed inside a two-seater super car. Performance numbers are 0 - 100km/h in 3.4 seconds, 0 - 200km/h in 9.6 seconds and the carbon ceramic brakes will stop it on its tracks from 0 - 100km/h in 2.1 seconds. In essence the Zonda F Cinque will run do 0 - 100km/h and hit standstill just as a Lotus Europa S hits 96km/h from standstill. Quite astounding.

The car brakes from 100km/h - 0 not vice versa.

Woah! Pagani truly has come up with something ground-breaking: brakes that accelerate the car :P

i would not buy any pagani even if i am as rich as bill gates... such brand is a complete rip off... they just build a few cars a year and selling it like a piece of super art or something... but it's just a machine afterall... ripping off riches like fools...

You know nothing about exclusivity...thats why you'll never own anything like this.No offence...

you're right Fatty, think of all (5) poor rich people that get ripped off !lots of people need a car like this to take the kids to school , to go to work every morning , to do their shopping , how can they do that with a car that is so expensive ? it's like they made this to be a collector's car ! i say let's sue Pagani for making such expensive cars !

I agree partially with you fatty. The only pagani worth that price tag is the Zonda R. That thing looks like a roaring jet on wheels.

Ugh, what a waste! A company that builds less than 30 cars a year (a lot less?) and then they're classified as production cars? Production for the few who can waste a lot of money on one! I always thought of Pagani cars as the "rich mans kit car"!

In most racing associations here in the US, production car means cars that have been built in a certain quantity, I think it's 1000 cars now in all SCCA classes! It keeps one and two offs ;-) like these Pagani's in the glass bubble that comes with each and everyone!

This or an LP670-4, anyone?

(Lambo for me, but tough choice...)

They're quite different though Lucifa. The Lambo is like the ultimate sportscar, a hypercar if you will. The Zonda is nothing short of a full on supercar, and this thing is a track version of a supercar, I wouldn't say they're in the same league. Audi makes thousands of lambo's a year and it's a road car, these zonda's are much more exclusive, faster, more tempermental, meant for the track, and a lot more expensive.

Have you seen the Reventon ,the Murcielago SV or the Murcielago R GT1? i would not call Lamborghini slower, or less temperamental. more exclusive sure , but that's just because Zonda builds less cars.

Look at the details and say the zonda is not more exclusive...
