Its obviously bigger than the Chevy Spark and its only got 4-lug wheels, so it can't be a hatchback version of the Cruze (5-lug wheels). This has to be the next generation Chevy Aveo (or whatever its going to be called).

Just guessing: that could be the new Chevrolet Viva, a car specifically developed for the Latin American market, due to arrive in October. That would explain the production ready looks, the kinda chunky proportions and the difference between that one and the previous Aveo prototypes.

More on the Viva: - It's going to be the same size of its competitors (Grande Punto, Polo) but taller and wider (like a Dacia/Renault Sandero or a VW Fox) to accomodate latin american families that usually own cars this size as their only family vehicle; - It's going to carry 1.4 (105hp) and 1.8 (118hp)liter engines, with flexifuel (gas-ethanol) technology, which are already in the brazilian Corsa and Meriva, sold as Chevrolets in Latin America; - The hatchback body is only the first one of the complete Viva family, since a sedan, a small crossover and even a tiny El Camino-ish pickup truck will all be launched within a year after the first model.
