Well, one may say it's a kind of a new Passat. Because the BlueTDI Passat is based on the Passat CC.

Bluemotion ?sn't exactly new as this article states- they were making eco cars long before Ford (EcoBoost)

Isn't "Bluemotion" more of a slogan than a brand? Are they actually selling vehicles anywhere under this name? The only time I see it used is when introducing a concept.
