Check this out. Of all the wonders Google Earth have brought to us, this driveway may be our favorite.
On the shores of Lake Hamilton, near Lakeland, Florida, this car fanatic has installed a driveway that modeled after a small FIA circuit. Every day when members of this family come home from a hard day of work, they can take to the track, pound out a few laps, and make it inside before dinner. Instead of taking the sixth curve, the driver can pull right up to the house.
Look at the photos closely, the owner even installed red and white FIA curbs.
With supercars like the Audi R8 V10, and superminis like the Alfa Romeo MiTo, coming to the United States, we're sure the owner of this house spends a lot of time at dealerships begging for test drives, although something of the karting persuation probably be more suitable as well as exhilarating.
