Zack, are you a Mustang-hater? You also different suspension, fog lights, dual exahust, rear axel... What would make you a sucker for buying a new one?

This article does sound a bit biased. Not saying that that's a good or bad thing. It just does...

Looks good! Does it have live axel now?? new engines would be nice! 3.5 V6 ecoboost for the base model? or is that too ricey for the all mighty mustang?

It looks like, but in the end is sub-par engineering and performance.

Gee 315hp for a V8? A bit sad in this day and age. Time for an Ecoboost six cylinder like C-KING mentioned above, except in 3.7L form. Perhaps a COMPLETELY new V8 would be necessary, to replace this 4.6L and the 5.4L 'Triton' . A proper rear axle would be good too, if only as an option as some people still prefer their performance cars cart sprung :S .

315hp from V8? are you kidding me? see how behind their engineering? new 370Z, smaller displacement, a NA V6, already made 300hp!

These engines are left-overs from another time & place. (US, 15 years ago!) Besides the live-axle, this has the makings of a decent product. Wait a year or two for the EcoBoost and this should be competitive. It's a shame they'll ruin the vehicle launch with these powertrains, but I guess its the best they can do in these uncertain times.

''Strangely, Ford makes it a point to note that the "Convertible Top" is only available with the "Convertible Model." Interesting.'' Yes. Strangely interesting too. What a weird statement....

I like this car's looks, but a 4 liter engine pumping just 200 bhp sounds a little bit like a joke, especially that this car is a new 2010 version. Bimmers get this kind of power from a 2 liter diesel !
