560 bhp , and the emmissions must be really high for the tax in the uk , If a range rover will be £400 what on earth would this be.

Errr, the same as the Range Rover? The Range Rover is in the top tax band so it can't be any more expensive. Anyway if you can afford to buy this and fill it with petrol I'm sure you could spare whatever they want for tax.
