Facelifted versions of Land Rover's Range Rover Sport and Discovery (LR3) have been spotted undergoing winter testing and while their exteriors seem to have only minor changes, the biggest improvements occur under the hood.
The Discovery facelift features a new grille, redesigned headlights, clear LED taillights, redesigned wheels, and a new front bumper. Interior changes are expected to be minor considering that Land Rover recently improved the cabin with the addition of higher quality materials that offer a more luxurious appearance. Diesel fans will be happy to find Jaguar's new AJ-V6D Gen III 3.0-liter engine with 271 horsepower and 442 ft-lb of torque residing under the hood of the updated model.
The Range Rover Sport also features a number of the same changes that the Discovery gets including a reworked grille, redesigned headlights, a new front bumper and what appears to be a slightly altered side vent. It will also adopt Jaguar's 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine as well as a new 5.0-liter petrol engine that will replace the current model's 4.2-liter V8.

Wonder if they will incorporate LED daytime running lights into the headlights like every other manufacturer seems to be doing.
That Disco looks cool but I'm not sure about clear rear lights either, unless they make them very much like the Range Stormer/Range Rover.
Now comes with 2.7 TDV6, 3.6 TDV8 or 4.2 SC V8. 3.0 TDV6 replaces 2.7 and 5.0 SC V8 replaces 4.2 SC V8.
