Why bother to cover-up the badges, when the BMW signature nostril are exposed.

That's exactly what I was thinking. This is the only BMW by Bangle that actually looks good.

Chris Bangle didn't design the 1st and 2nd generation Z4, he just set the original theme followed by recent BMW models.
2010 BMW Z4 Exterior Designer: Juliane Blasi, Interior Designer: Nadya Arnaout, Design manager : Chris Chapman.
The previous generation BMW Z4 was designed by Anders Warming.

Chris Bangle quit!
This is a VERY goold looking car, and thanks to AG4 I can now see why...

This car looks nice, but why the front is very long? like the bonet is stretched!

Am I the only one whom thinks most BMW's just look plain wrong? This car has curves and lines that fight each other left, right and centre. Hell, some even sag. Sort of amusing and astounding at the same time. M3 looks decent enough. 135i with rear too, but otherwise most just look clumsy. See what the next head of design can do with things.

The cars parked in the back's details are incredibly sharp! Whats the lens?

This car will sell well in the "look at me" USA.
Its too much - like fusion01 said. The surfaces and proportions are ham-fisted.
