We know you just couldn't wait to hear the latest on the Mercedes Viano, so we've got the latest spy shots of the second-generation people mover's upcoming facelift. No, it's not as exciting as the latest Porsche or BMW spy shot, but luxurious people movers have an important place in the automotive universe, too.
The Viano is due for an update, and Mercedes has come through with a revised grille up front and freshened lighting front and rear. There's no word on any changes to the gasoline and diesel powerplants, or any updates to the running gear.

So exciting.
I think Viano means, the AMG version is coming next year. The convertible and black series will be released the year after.
I was in Turkey a few years back and had to ride around in busses alot. The Mercedes Busses were the best compared to others. The quality of materials and comfort was A+. I could even tell that the driver was happy with his wood trimmed dash. It would be nice getting picked up at an airport in something like this. Throw in some heated seats. Relax to the hotel. Nice! Heck, if I had a big enough family, I might take it cross country...or buy a GL-Class...Ideally an ML 63 AMG.
These are really popular in Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore atleast) as 'limo' taxis. Everytime we visit asia we usually end up in the back of one of these and the ride is just fantastic. Our friends also has one and it is a lovely long trip car.
