Look's like the MB S W221 with headlights of Maybach. One thing that done well is the wide body.

Maybachs were already sailing close to the wind on vulgar displays of wealth. This monstrosity not only crosses the line but also makes the line diamante. Such vulgars displays of wealth over taste have never been palletable, but in the current climate are surely suicide for any company.
