=( the AMG package hasnt done anything for the looks, it is still really ugly and chinese looking (not in a racial way, it looks like a chinese car is all)

One more difference in the interior! The instrument dials are surrounded but moulding like the C63. Where as the normal versions are don't have that sunken-in feel due to the moulding around it. When I owned an AMG I really resented Mercedes for offering the "look" on a normal Mercedes. But since then they have made some differences on the AMG pack and a real AMG car.

My architect wife put it best regarding the new styling trend seen in the Mercedes C-class, GLK and now the E-class. "They're trying too hard". Its definitely too "in your face" and lacks the elegant reserve of the previous E-class.

Every AMG package looks the same for every Merc. So boring and so snap-on looking like the Toyota Corolla's sport pack. I think they stopped designing new AMG packs over a decade ago.
