The next BMW with a retractable hardtop like 3-series convertible and the new Z4- or am I wrong?

V10 twin turbo? i think you might have meant V8 twin turbo like the next M5... unless i'm wrong, in which case, that'd be quite amazing to behold. and i reckon the engine lineup will probably include the 35i - it works in just about anything else, so it should work fine as a lower-range engine in the new 6. and the 6 series has been probably my favourite car in terms of styling on the market. can't wait!

"engine choices will likely stay the same for the entire line up??" i would think the current V8 would be replaced by the new twin turbo thats in the X6/7 and will be in the 5 and X5

No way this thing will be as good as Jaguar's awesome XK series...

if you ignore jeremy clarkson, who hates bmws because of tiff needell, i thought most road tests etc said the old 6 series was a better drive than the XK? i wouldn't know, never having driven an XK, but the 6 series is/was pretty special...

LOL, the 645 is twice the car the updated XK is. You should go drive both and get back to me...

Jeremy Clarkson is very biased, Hammond at least gives a fair view of a car. I like Jeremy Clarkson to a drunk barman.

I look forward to it! I hope it would be more CS concept looking! It would be great!

Hmmm, the back window on this looks fabricated. I think the new 6 will have a hard top standard. This is just to confuse the photographers. Although, BMW did do a convincing job of making this soft top look real.
