Volvo is near the extinction and no one should interfere in the destiny! that`s the way it is, Volvo goes down!

Does it realy come form Volvo? I'm sorry, but Animation looks very poor (we got used to very high quality of CGs from automakers) and, looking at astonishing S60 concept, I can hardly belive they actualy made something that mitsubishi-ish and out of proportions (front is way too long and too low).

Oh my god is that concept gourgous. Now this is what Volvo should be designing like. Too bad it'll never get built. But we can dream and hope that the economy gets back on it's feet and maybe volvo will rebound.

This has NO Volvo styling cues on it at all though. You could stick almost any badge on this. It's not grounds to save Volvo, or for them to produce it.

I agree 100% This car looks nothing like anything in the current Volvo lineup. The current Volvo's are nice looking yet over looked. imo, this car would serve Volvo very well. It would attract attention to this often neglected brand, and once under the spot light I am sure their present line up of cars would shine.

i think thats the point of the design. These design studies are hardly ever built, but i think its a template for lower Volvos to take styling cues from. The rest of the line-up may take shape from this.

What bristol said. This could be from any manufacturer. I think it could be fixed, though, by simply adding some Volvo-style shoulders along the length of the car and some taillights similar to the S60 Concept. Small changes that go a long way toward family-resemblance.

I agree wit bristol, and honestly i don't even like it that much anyways, even if it was a hyundai i still wouldn't rly care.

This car is proof that Volvo has no creativity left. A 4-door coupe set to come out in 2015? Mercedes-Benz started this segment with the CLS in 2006. I guess 9 years too late is "better than never". Not to mention, the quality of Volvo's latest cars are no better than anything Toyota or Honda is putting out. I drove an '08 S60 the other day. It felt like it was made of styrofoam. And the designs are still a little bit quirky. Good luck saving this brand. Nothing much to like about it...

WOW! that's absolutely amazing! is that even a volvo!? build it right now, as it is. no change needed. perfect lol (maybe a different rim choice lol)

apart from the laughtable video with star wars music on it, i quit like the concept, too bad it wont look so good in production form - that is if it ever goes into- just like all volvo concepts.

Basics of christianity - freedom makes sense even in car industry. Beautiful car.

Beautiful car. I think Volvo can do very well if it survives current auto industry ice age. Their new line ups such as XC60 and S60 looks very promising. Ford should keep the company and let it run autonomously.

Agree but real freedom do not means corporative indendency. In other hand, the independency of such car makers like Volvo, Saab, Jaguar, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo and Aston Martin ect. means just a better world where creaticvity will survive.

Yes WCF! I join to the comment with some pleasure in it and repeat: Renault-Nissan? You having a look? Renault make your turn!

Renault has got the premium market covered already, with the Infiniti brand. For PSA instead, buying Volvo would be definitely a good move, not only for giving it an entry on the premium segment but also for being the group's passport to the american market.

Well, it looks darn awesome. Those guys have really managed to improve their cars dramatically in the last few years.

Amazing! Congratulation, Volvo! This car should be built right this year.

2015 is way too late... 2011 or so would be a better year to release it.
