Ford, GM and Chrysler won't be participating in the Tokyo motor show this year due to crisis in the industry

Of course they did. They realized they would be beaten there by the domestic car makers, so it`s a logical move not to spend 2 mil. dollars only to look bad compared to the japanese cars.
