Hmmm it does seem i bit stupid building a 4wd mini a car that will probably spend 99% of it's life in the city with the added weight of a 4wd system to increase fuel consumption on a car originally designed to be light & nimble.

Smart businesses know exactly what they are and what they are not. Mini is having an indentity crisis because management doesn't know who the hell they are.
