man those rear view mirrors are tiny! I would hate to have to squint that hard.

I think those are camera's instead of side mirrors, which wouldn't be available on the production model.

I see "Original 7 Series Bangle Butt". It looks to me like one of the growing herd of cut-and-paste cars. This technique picks about 17 or so of 25 the most popular styling cues (gimmicks) of the day and mashes them together into a car that is not original or cohesive. If I hadn't seen the headline I would have thought maybe Toyota, or Mazda, Chevrolet, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Ford or Holden in Australia ....
With less borrowed cues it could be pretty nice.

Well, if this becomes a reality, there goes the last good line from Subaru.
I have no clue what those idiots in the design department are doing, but I hope Subaru suffers again like the did in the 80s. First the beautiful GD7 body style dies needlessly for a disgusting hatch. And now this.
Absolutely pitiful and I pray for Subaru's bankruptcy and permanent departure from the world, IF THEY DO NOT GET RID OF THEIR DESIGN DEPARTMENT!!

If someone should get rid of their design departments, it's the Americans and the BMW. This concept car looks very nice. Something that people could actually buy.

I like the current Liberty/Legacy and I liked the previous models of the Impreza, but just like the new Impreza this new Liberty/Legacy is terrible.

Maybe like the first Bangle bimmers, these new Subarus will start to grow on us. But this looks too much like the new G37 and Acura TL... which are hideous as well. Ohh Subaru what have you done... I think your glory days might be over if you stay on this path.
