Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT S Unveiled
More power and sportier styling

Maserati used the North American International Auto Show in Detroit to debut their new Quattroporte Sport GT S which aims to offer the ultimate driving experience.
Power comes from the same 430hp 4.7-liter V8 engine as in the Quattroporte S but engineers fine turned the engine's mapping system to produce 439hp (323kW). The company also went to work adjusting the transmission's gearshift management software in order to provide a more enjoyable driving experience. Additionally Maserati included an upgraded suspension that is equipped with single-rate dampers, stiffer springs and a lower ride height. Finally the company added a sports exhaust that is controlled by pneumatic valves, this helps to create a deep and throaty exhaust note.
Exterior differences are limited but include a new black grille with vertical fins, a Trident logo wearing red accents, new headlights with a metallic titanium finish, and "shadow line" trim. The interior gets also gets a modest makeover and includes minor touches such as Titantex trim and new seats in Alcantara and leather.
