Interior looks good. It looks like Ford is rethinking grills again.

The design is such an improvement that it is going to be interesting to see if they get the quality right. I'm a guy who bought several new Fords and then had to force them to obey the lemon law. I run into many other former avid customers that want to return but are very skeptical. The US auto industry has a lot of perception to overcome. This one can be a good step in that direction.

Are Ford serious? ... just pretend you can't see the badges and this could easily pass for one of the bland no style offerings from South Korea in the 90's ... IMHO it's another design failure from Ford !!!

I'm sorry, have you ever seen a Passat, they do not have anything in common with eachother.

It's not ugly, but not ravishingly beautiful either... looks like something from Ford of Australia, which is not a bad thing... well, looks like it will sell well to its core audience, I guess. Interiors look amazing, but leg space for the driver seems a little scarce... let's see.

A definite improvement over the current model. Should better be able to compete with other family sedans now. The interior looks a lot better and seems better finished than that of even the last couple of Lincolns. Actually, a few design elements seem to come from their Lincoln cousins.

I agree with "RCW" I think this is a good illustration of what you'd imagine the Ford version of the MKS should look like.

Better. But by far not the best... Still a Ford. WHY WOULDN'T THEY PUT IN AWD!?!?!? everyone else will soon have it, so again, they're not going to be able to compete...

AWD is an option just like it has been for the past 2 years.

Did you watch the video? It features a car with the badge, Limited AWD. So, yes - you can get AWD.

I find it difficult to get excited about any sedan's styling. I think the quality and reliability is up. One of our three cars is a Ford. It is a good work horse and doesn't have any rattles with nearly 60,000 miles. I think it is an exceptional value. It is lame that they are so penny-pinching that the do not have the audible things in the pads letting you know your break pads need to be replaced (great way of selling rotors I guess). I'd have trouble considering another Ford because the local Ford/Mazda/Lincoln mega dealer has no customer mindset in their service department. I've given some thought to how they can remedy the culture of their service department's apathy and near rudeness. There is a point where you need to let the entire department go and build and train a new team from the ground up. This dealer doesn't have Ford's rating for outstanding service. You'd just think they'd excersize some leverage over their dealers in this area.

The Ford dealer network is going to be an impediment to any come back. Every dealer close to where we live is owned by the same company. We would never do business with them again. I found that this is true across much of the country that mega-dealers secretly own dealerships that have very different names.

its not bad looking and reminds me the older version of the 90s but that grill is staight out of the current subaru legacy but atleast is better looking than the new ford fusion but they should stick with the european grill

I think it is very good looking, and the interior is one of the best I've seen in an era where designers seem to be either overly bold or overly conservative when it comes to dashboards. I'm not so fond of those plastics, though. But it's recession time, cheap plastics are pardoned this time.

The front is kinda beautiful, but it's really safe... it looks like camry's, accord's, and lots of others fronts... Rear is nothing like Passat's... is beautifully based on Interceptor concept's. That thin chromed line is simple, but really classy. I still think the front grille should have Ford's typical "three-chromed-bars", like former Fusion, present Taurus and Edge... that way it would look more like a Ford, and less like everybody else...

hahaha that is one dull/rather ill concieved looking car- especially the rear... have ford decided that it would only be fair if they ruined themselves to join GM and Chrysler on the scrapheap?

and the front is stolen from the current Subaru Legacy
