BMW and MB could learn a few things from the designs Audi has put out

This is what's wrong with audi, they come with a new design for a car and then they want to add it to their whole lineup. First the A5 with the beautiful tail lights, then the A4. But come on, now the A6 get the same tail lights? Stop making all your cars look the same Audi, Pretty soon the only thing different about Audi is going to be length and how many doors the car has.

Hey, "pretty soon"? Audi builds great, beautiful cars... that look all the same. The same goes for Aston Martin, for example... but Aston Martin makes high end performance cars only... while Audi sells from Golfs (A3) to Bentleys (A8).

Audi's car designs in the 20th century have been WAY better than BMW & Mercedes! ...and they just keep getting better and better.

No much difference between this and the current A6 except the tail light which it's a copy paist from the A5, the interior is nice but why all those buttons near the gear paddle?

most thing amazed me that they could squeez a 300 hp from a 3.0 engine which is amazing realy, if it'll hit 60 in 5.9 secs then no need to buy the 4.2 model.

I wouldnt give them credit because they all look alikes. If they made all their models different looking i bet most of them wouldn't be so good looking after all. Its what BMW does. Not all models may appeal to you but most surely do and its still a lot better then having all lookalikes.

at the moment i am driving a 07 A6 Avant Quattro. all i can say is that it is worth every penny. it?s luxurious, sporty but still comfortable, elegant, rock solid and has plenty of room everywhere. awesome quality, awesome daily driver. i would never trade it for an e-class or 5-series.

how incredibly boring does this car look? the a8 is the only good looking audi in my book. rest are carbon copies with minor differences. thanks to bmw and merc we have some exciting products to look at.

To all the haters-- this is just a refresh. Besides, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Everyone with an A6 can retain their resale value for another couple of years- which is one of Audis biggest problems. They have a crew of people smarter than you thinking strategically about all of this, especially with the upcoming A7.

The rear taillamps are similar to those on the A5, not carbon copies. And is it not logical that you find similarly shaped taillamps from cars within the same company? Unless you have a terrible eye for car design cues, you should realize that the rear end design with the taillamp incorporation and shaping is quite different from that of the A5/A4. That aside, I honestly think the rear end of the previous A6 looked much more elegant and neat.

The old one looked better. Those new taillights does look good but they don't really fit with the whole car, unlike the previous one.

I saw one of these in 3.0T sedan guise yesterday and man, is this an improvement over the pre-"facelift" A6. It's a bit all-too-shiny for my taste but it definitely looks in the metal and out there. The pricing over here in Germany is ridiculous though. You could get a baby Porsche for this kinda money.
