Mr. Saleen sure looks angry in the picture. Must be because the "new" Mustang is not new at all! AHhhh HAHAHAHA! It is ok my dear Yank friend. Someday when the old crowd dies off and the new crowd that cares and loves cars comes in, Mustangs will actually have a "new" design.

You may not agree with the decisions that the older generation has made in terms of design, but don't make the mistake of thinking that means they love cars any less than you.

If that is the case, DeuceCoop, then why do they consistently shoot down spiffy and original ideas for tried and failed disgusting designs? Look at the Ford Mondeo aka Taurus (in the US). It looked GORGEOUS the way it was. Then when it was decided to bring the car here, they change the front end to that horridly disgusting CHROME 3-bar design. Another example with the OPEL GT aka Saturn Sky aka Pontiac Solstice. The only good conversion was done by Saturn. The Pontiac version looked too bland with the interior and exterior. And look at the shareholders on the "big 3" automakers board. They are old, angry, and lackluster at best. And it shows on the car design decisions. Hell, how about when the current Ford proposed going green with their cars and they shot it down. Toyota picked up the idea, along with Honda, and are now kicking Ford's arse. If these old farts truly love cars and are passionate about them moreso than the $$$ they love and worship so much, they would be coming out with more original ideas and designs. Just look at this bloody Mustang they tag as "new." As the old addage goes; "don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining."

I'm sure we all will be ohhh and ahhhh on the performance aspect. but as for the exterior, it going to be lame, there is not much that can be done, thats hasn't been done already.

I was about to say the same. Why the heck do they make so many special limited editions of the Mustangs? Because the original car sucks so bad that it has to be improved for it to be a desirable product? Does the 2010 Mustang still have a live rear axle and 100% locked diff.? Talk about old technology...
