You should "just" begin writing the complex algorithms required for this technology, and we'll see how "old" you are before it gets completed. DI is still cutting edge. Infiniti hasn't even adopted it to the VQ yet. It isn't easy or cheap to mass produce. Give them a break.

So uhm... CO2 is harmful? They consider it a greenhouse gas which ultimately leads to global warming (puts tinfoil hat on). But... doesn't water vapor do the same thing? (takes off tinfoil hat) DI is not new, nor is it well accepted by everyone in the auto industry.
