Interesting how everywhere i hear this magic figure of 30%, seems like everyone is cutting production by 30%. I have a friend that works at Emerson Electric, i work for one of the biggest steel producers, and i have another friend at Siemens, everyone is cutting production by 30% for this coming quarter....Interesting if you ask me.

finally .. they should've done this a long while ago!
now it's not even for the sake of competing, it's for surviving .. pretty sad if you ask me

Radmeister...it is interesting...most companies that I deal with seem to be cutting costs by 30% as well.

You lose Lemon. Watch as this wounded beast tries to stay afloat while the big boys have their feet up in the Maybach swallowing up British companies or whoever else we choose.

this is good news. The loss of jobs is a serious blow to the unions. The first step in the right direction... that and I have an underlying wish that all major automotive manufacturers go belly up... all part of one day wanting to own a car company.
