So they're proposing to put a hugh bus-lane on every highway in europe??!! Thats madness, they're going to block 33% of every highway in europe causing horrible trafic in them just so a lorry or two can drive in them every now and then?! that is the single most idiotic idea i've heard of... EVER!!!
