Is Afzal Kahn about to unveil the official branding and marketing plans of his space-travel project Kahn Galactic, next month in London?
The event, taking place in January 2009 at the London Intercontinental Hotel, will see exclusive designs for the spacecraft Kahn Knight I revealed, along with a new logo.
It has been rumored, the Kahn Knight I has a ‘typical' Kahn look to it and is ‘out of this world'.
Michael Woodhouse, Business Development Manager at Project Kahn remained tightlipped when asked about the Kahn Knight I. He said: "We will be unveiling the structure of a new project, and it looks nothing like what we've had before."
Woodhouse added that new aspects of the project will be revealed in their entirety in January - and further information will be given and how the research so far can benefit the worldwide economy.
Sources claim the new aircraft is 60% ready, and test flights will commence in the Mojave desert in the summer of 2010. If they are successful, tests in space could begin in 2011 and the first commercial passengers could fly into space by the end of 2012.
