Want to thank Autoblog.nl for making our turkey day just right by posting this radical looking Scirocco by famous German tuner Rieger. Despite the wing doors, seeing the Rieger name on the new Scirocco evokes nostalgic memories of the original Rieger Scirocco GTO widebody.

Already Rieger has created a couple different front and rear bumper designs, each targeted to customers of varying tastes. Also in the package are side skirts, roof spoiler, quad pipe muffler, lowering springs and 3 styles of 19- and 20-inch wheels.

Head over to autoblog.nl source link below for the full program PDF (German language) which breaks down every component as well as pricing.

We'll be headed to Essen to take photos, so stay tuned for more photos live from the show.

Clearly they had the R8 in mind. and it doesn't suit it. so frankly this was a fast of time on the builders and the fabricators.

That's a terrible R8-esque front. I'd rather take the girl, for once.

BE MORE CREATIVE! Still... what an amazing looking car. I'd drive one! (With the third set of rims there.)

I like the front bumper in the last five pictures. Looks a lot better than the R8-esque bumper, and it creates a smaller overhang in the front as well.

In the last five studio pics I mean. They seem to have added some new pics after I wrote that comment.

Looks angry - as intended no doubt. Horrid choice of wheels, but then the peeps whom shell out a whole load of dough for this kit will love it 'as is', no doubt :) Would also need a towing truck to get it in and out of my driveway. Highly practical!
